Fundraising event Motherless Daughters Australia

The Priceline Sisterhood Foundation is very proud to welcome Motherless Daughters Australia (MDA) as our new charity partner.

Focussing on the impact of mother loss, Motherless Daughters Australia (MDA) supports and connects girls and women by providing peer support opportunities both online and within the community to improve self-esteem, confidence, stress and grief management, alleviate feelings of depression, anxiety and improve overall health and wellbeing.

Welcoming MDA, Richard Vincent, Sisterhood Foundation Chairman and API CEO & Managing Director said: “The work MDA do to support women and girls whose mothers have died is incredible. Since forming in 2017, MDA has gained over 3,000 members and provides innovative online and face to face support, education and resources for people impacted by mother loss. There are so many motherless daughters in Australia and our goal is to help MDA to accelerate their reach in the community.  We are very proud to have MDA on board.”

MDA Co-founder and Executive Officer Danielle Snelling said Motherless Daughters Australia is honoured to join the Priceline Sisterhood Foundation as a charity partner. “This will make an incredible difference to our grass roots organisation, enabling us to implement critical infrastructure in order to accommodate our increasing demand. Not only will this partnership provide funding to help take MDA to the next level, it will create invaluable awareness so that all Australian women and girls who have lost their mum, will be supported and connected."
