Raise Foundation creates thriving communities across Australia by delivering best practice, early intervention mentoring programs in high schools to help young people become resilient, capable and connected. Young people facing issues such as anxiety, bullying, depression, family illness, suicidality and disadvantage are matched with a Raise Mentor to build their resilience, learn how to ask trusted adults for help and develop hope for the future.
